I'm starting the "The Average Handyman" because I've been messing with fixer-upper projects for over 40 years and I believe I can help you figure out how to do most of the jobs you will pay a handyman to do - on your own!
I'm an average handyman myself. Nothing spectacular. But I fix 95% of the stuff around the home myself - saving thousands of dollars. As we go on this journey together, I'm hoping you will pass on any insights you may have on a particular project as well. This can be a forum where we all can learn, because, after all, I'm not perfect, I'm just the average handyman!
